To build a VxWorks port of Tcl8.0:

Duplicate the tcl8.0 tree. 
% cp -pr <orig>/tcl8.0 <new>/tcl8.0
% cd <new>/tcl8.0
% patch -p 1 < vxTcl8.0-diff

You'll have to fix the CPU, BOARD, TGT_DIR, CC, LD definitions in
<new>/tcl8.0/vxworks, and rebuild.
